01Agreement
These terms are a binding agreement between you and Kaizen Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CLC Tower, 4th Floor, Plot 146, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, India), the operator of GrowthCharters and its subdomains. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02Your account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. One person, one account — score and XP integrity depends on it.
03The GC Score — what it is and isn't
The Career Profile Score, XP and badges are informational signals computed from your data and platform activity. They are not professional certifications, not a guarantee of employment, interviews or outcomes, and not advice. Employers make their own decisions; we make the signal transparent.
Attempting to inflate scores through fake accounts, automated activity, plagiarized assessment answers or manipulation of any kind is prohibited and grounds for score reset or account termination.
04Acceptable use
Do not: break the law, upload malware, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, harass other users, upload content you don't have rights to, misrepresent verified credentials, or resell access. Creator content must be your own work or properly licensed.
05Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay in INR, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (/refunds).
06Creator terms
Creators retain ownership of their content and grant us a license to host, stream, and distribute it on the platform. Revenue shares and payout schedules are shown in Creator Studio before you publish. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
07Intellectual property
The platform, its design, code, and branding belong to us. Your content and data belong to you. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
08Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
09Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by nature survive (IP, liability, disputes) survive termination.
10Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.
11Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
